Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GrowtoMax, a productized advertising management service operated by Kashyap LLC ("GrowtoMax," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using GrowtoMax, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

GrowtoMax provides productized Meta Ads and Google Ads management for Shopify brands, including campaign audit, optimization, and access to the live growth desk reporting dashboard at app.growtomax.com. Plan names and prices are listed on our Pricing page.

Advertising results depend on creative, offer, landing pages, spend, seasonality, and platform policy. Past case studies do not guarantee future performance. GrowtoMax does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent, and authorized to grant access to the advertising accounts you connect.

Subscriptions & billing

GrowtoMax is offered as a recurring subscription (or, for Partner, a spend-aligned fee). Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. There is no free trial — billing starts when you select a plan and complete checkout.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Partner fees are calculated as described at checkout (currently 12% of ad spend).

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from the app or by emailing info@growtomax.com. Plans are month-to-month. There are no cancellation fees. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Revenue growth guarantee

On eligible plans (Growth and above, unless stated otherwise at checkout), if we do not increase your ad revenue by 20% within 60 days of management starting, we will continue working without management fees until that increase is achieved, subject to reasonable cooperation (ad account access, spend continuity, and creative/landing-page support). The guarantee does not apply if you pause spend, revoke access, violate platform policies, or materially change the offer without notice. Full eligibility is confirmed at signup.

Refunds

If GrowtoMax is not right for you, contact info@growtomax.com within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will review a refund of that payment, provided management work has not meaningfully commenced. Refunds after that window are at our discretion except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GrowtoMax for unlawful purposes, to violate advertising platform policies, or to grant access to accounts you do not control. We may suspend accounts that pose risk to the service, platforms, or other clients.

Third-party platforms

Your use of Meta, Google, Shopify, and other platforms remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or account bans outside our control.

Intellectual property

GrowtoMax, Pulse, branding, and related materials are owned by Kashyap LLC. You retain ownership of your business and advertising data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee a specific ROAS, revenue number, or uninterrupted platform access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashyap LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to GrowtoMax in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
