Refund Policy

How refunds work for GrowToMax productized ads management.

GrowToMax is a productized Meta and Google Ads management service. Plans are billed month-to-month. This policy explains when a refund is available.

Early cancellation window

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and management work has not commenced on your ad account, we will refund that charge within 5 business days.

Once work has begun

After we have connected, audited, or started managing your ad account for a billing period, that period is non-refundable. Our team invests time in setup, creative, and daily optimisation that cannot be recovered.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account at https://app.growtomax.com. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund the current period once work has started.

Partner plans

Partner is billed as 12% of ad spend with a $3,000 / month minimum. Unused future periods after a confirmed cancellation are not charged. Completed billing periods are not refunded.

Email info@growtomax.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
