Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, business name, Shopify store URL, and authentication data when you register or sign in.

Billing information. Subscription plan, billing history, and payment status. Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Advertising platform data. With your authorization, we access advertising accounts you connect (Meta Ads, Google Ads) so we can manage campaigns and show performance in Pulse, including campaign metrics, spend, conversions, and related metadata.

Usage data. Log data, device/browser type, pages viewed, and support communications.

Communications. Messages you send via email, contact forms, or support channels.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide productized Meta and Google ads management and the Pulse dashboard
  • Connect and operate your authorized ad accounts
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send transactional emails (account, billing, security, service updates)
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve security, reliability, and the marketing site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and connected data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days to allow export or reactivation, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law (for example billing records).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

International transfers

GrowtoMax is based in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
